PA system, TV display, Wi-Fi, and a playlist that actually sets the mood. The room does the work before you've even started.

Evenings, weekdays, half-days. We work around your team's calendar, not the other way around.

Coordinated and cost-smart catering

​We can organise all food and drinks on your behalf, you don't chase a single supplier. Food is ordered in from quality restaurants on our doorstep at The MARC, or outsourced to trusted suppliers, so your team eats well without you having to source anything.

Drinks are purchased at retail price rather than venue bar rates, because we buy in bulk on your behalf rather than operating a licensed bar. That means a well-stocked selection of beers, wines and soft drinks at a fraction of what most corporate venues charge for the same quality.

Do we need to be artistic or creative?

Absolutely not. In fact, the people who say “I can’t draw a straight line” are usually the ones who surprise themselves most. No experience, no talent, and no artistic ability required. Just a willingness to show up.

 

We’re a big group, can you handle us?

Yes. From intimate teams to company-wide events. We host up to 100 at our Sandton space and travel for groups of up to 280. Tell us your numbers and we'll design the session accordingly.

 

Can you come to our offices or a venue we’ve already booked?

Yes. We bring the full experience to you, materials, facilitation, equipment, everything. Just give us the space and we’ll do the rest.

 

How far in advance do we need to book?

The sooner the better, especially for year-end season. That said, we’re flexible. Get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

 

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on group size, session type, and whether you’re coming to us or we’re coming to you. Get in touch for a quick, no-obligation quote. We typically respond within 24 hours.
